PLANEXT wins two prestigious awards at the PLMA International Council in Amsterdam

PLMA International Council: a key event for the food industry

PLMA is a major event for manufacturers of private label consumer goods, organised each year by the Private Label Manufacturers Association. Since 1985, it has been a must-attend event for retail buyers, attracting professionals and companies from all over the world.

At its last edition, in May this year, the show attracted 2,658 exhibitors from 72 countries and over 16,450 visitors from 126 countries to Amsterdam. These ever-increasing figures testify to the growing demand for private label products.

A broad and diversified offer

Private labels cover a wide range of products: fresh, canned, frozen and dry foods, snacks, ethnic specialities, pet food, health and beauty products, over-the-counter medicines, cosmetics, household and laundry products, as well as DIY and gardening products.

Piedmontese participation

The Piedmontese presence at PLMA was significant, with a particular focus on the agri-food sector. Ceipiemonte occupied an area of around 330 square metres, divided between Europa Complex HALL1 and Europa Complex HALL5, both dedicated to food and drink.

The awards received by PLANEXT for FILE’ BIANCO VEG and SFILACCI VEG testify to our ongoing commitment to offering innovative, high-quality products. Our products have been placed in a section of the show along with all the other products selected for their innovative nature. We will continue to work passionately to develop plant-based solutions that meet consumer needs and contribute to a more sustainable future.
